AuctionScout is a convenience service that aggregates publicly available real estate auction listings from multiple sources into one searchable map and status page. Optional email alerts can notify you when new listings matching your criteria become available.

How it works

Listings are collected from publicly available sources and are periodically refreshed. Because source listings can change at any time, information shown on AuctionScout may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.

Pricing & what's included

Browsing is free — anyone can view auctions in one state at a time with no account required. New subscribers also get a free trial period with full access before any payment is needed.

A full subscription is $4.99/month and includes:

Track auctions across up to 3 states at once
Weekly email digest of new, changed, and removed listings

All information regarding an auction—including its description, status, date, time, location, bidding requirements, deposits, terms, and any changes or cancellations—is determined solely by the original listing source.

Auction information can change with little or no notice, sometimes shortly before the scheduled auction.

Before attending, bidding, or otherwise relying on any listing, always verify the details directly with the original listing source.
